Who we are

Industria Pizzeria + Bar (operated by Dream Hospitality Group, 4628 Rue Louis B Mayer, Laval, Québec) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you. Depending on the form you use, that may include:

• Name, email address and phone number
• The restaurant location and position you are interested in
• Your mailing address and résumé, when you apply for a job
• Event details such as party size and a good time to call
• Franchise inquiry details, including country, region and city
• Standard technical data such as pages viewed, approximate region and device type

Why we use it

To reply to reservations, event requests, franchise inquiries and job applications; to operate and improve the website; and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect credit-card details on this website.

Who receives your information

Your information may be handled by service providers acting on our behalf:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions securely
• Our email delivery provider, used to notify our team about your request
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for anonymous website measurement
• Reservation partners (such as Libro) when you choose to book a table

Where your information is stored

Submissions are stored on secured servers that may be located outside Québec, including in Canada and the United States. We require our providers to apply protections comparable to those required under Québec law.

How long we keep it

Job applications and résumés are kept for up to 24 months, event and franchise inquiries for up to 36 months, and analytics data for up to 14 months. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.

How we protect it

Access to leads, applications and uploaded files is restricted to authorized team members. Uploaded documents are stored privately under randomly generated names, all form data is validated on our servers, and the site is served over HTTPS.

Your rights

Under Québec's Law 25 you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, or ask that we stop contacting you. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for basic site functionality and for anonymous measurement. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the consent banner, and change your choice at any time in your browser settings.
