Menus, prices and availability
Menus, prices, photos, hours and promotions are provided for information only and may change without notice. Prices may differ between locations and do not include taxes or gratuity unless stated. Photos are for illustration; actual dishes may vary. In case of an error, the price charged at the restaurant applies.
Allergens and dietary needs
Our kitchens handle gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame and other allergens. Although we take care, we cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens or cross-contact. Always tell your server about any allergy or dietary restriction before ordering. Menu descriptions do not list every ingredient.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age (18 in Québec, 19 in Ontario) and in accordance with provincial laws. We may refuse service at our discretion. Please drink responsibly.
Reservations, events and third-party services
Table reservations, online ordering and delivery may be handled by third parties (such as Libro or ordering platforms). Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their services. Event, catering, franchise and job requests sent through this website are requests only and are not confirmed until we reply in writing.
Gift cards and promotions
Gift cards and promotions are subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase or announcement and to applicable provincial consumer protection laws.
Intellectual property
The Industria name, logos, photos, texts and designs on this website belong to Industria or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, sending spam, attempting to access data or systems without authorization, or interfering with its operation.
Franchise information
Information on the franchising page is general and is not an offer to sell a franchise. Any franchise offer is made only through the disclosure documents required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Industria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content, or for temporary unavailability.
