Our commitment

Industria Pizzeria + Bar is committed to providing an accessible experience to everyone, including people with disabilities, in our restaurants and online. We follow the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity set out in Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Website accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. This includes:

• Descriptive page titles and a logical heading structure
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus
• Labelled form fields and clear error messages
• Readable colour contrast and resizable text
• Full English and French versions

In our restaurants

Service animals are welcome. Support persons may accompany guests with disabilities. Our team is trained to serve every guest respectfully, and we are happy to read the menu aloud or describe dishes. If a service or facility is temporarily unavailable, we will post a notice at the restaurant.

Ongoing work

Some content, such as third-party booking or ordering tools and older PDF menus, may not be fully accessible yet. We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

If you have trouble using any part of this website or need information in another format, email us or speak to any restaurant manager. We will respond as soon as possible and provide the information in a suitable format at no extra cost.
